3. DISSEMINATION OF DATA TO THIRD STATES.

Your data will not be transferred to other companies, organizations or individuals from third countries or international organizations.

4. PROCESSING DURATION.

Your personal data will be processed and stored for the period necessary for the execution of the contract, more precisely for the period necessary for the taking, processing and delivery of the order, to which is added a period of 5 years after the execution of the contract. Your personal data may also be stored for the purpose of sending newsletters, offers and discounts, if you express your consent. The storage periods are based on legal provisions, as well as the protection of the legitimate interest of the Operator. In any case, the storage of the data will be done strictly for the period necessary to fulfill the above purposes.
After fulfilling the data retention deadlines or as a result of a data deletion request, SC Delta Plast Holding SRL may order the anonymization of the data (thus lacking the character of identification) and continue the processing of anonymous data for statistical purposes.

5. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING PROCESS.

We do not make decisions based solely on the automatic processing of your data that would have legal effect on you or affect you in a similar manner to a significant extent.

6. THE RIGHTS OF THE PERSON CONCERNED.

We inform you that you have the following rights: The right of access to the personal data processed, the right to request the rectification or deletion of personal data, the right to request the restriction of processing, the right to withdraw your consent to the processing, the right to to object to data processing, the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, the right to data portability, the right to file a complaint.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by submitting a written request for the data on which you intend to do so. In certain cases, however, your failure to provide the data makes it impossible for us to provide the required services, such as order delivery and payment documents.
